Mr. Al-Humaid is currently a Board Member and the Chief Executive Officer of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa), in addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of Saudi Exchange Company and the Clearing Center Company (Muqassa). Mr. Al-Humaid has more than 20 years of experience during which he held many roles, responsibilities and leadership positions in the Capital Market Authority, the last of which was the position of the CMA Deputy for Market Institutions in 2018 where he reported directly to H.E. the Chairman of CMA, and he also supervised operations, business management and strategies for developing and drafting many Capital Market rules and regulations. Mr. Al-Humaid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University, and an MBA from the Hull University in the United Kingdom, Mr. Al-Humaid has multiple certifications in various fields.

Waiel began his career with Edaa Since it started practicing its services in January 2017. Prior to that, Waiel took executive roles in the Saudi Stock Exchange (“Tadawul”) since he joined in 2008, the last position he held was Head of Securities Depository Center Department. Previously Waiel worked for eight years at Al-Rashed Consultants & CPAs.

Waiel is an administrative and advisory expert with over than 18 years of experience in leading professional and financial Corporations with a Bachelor of Business Administration & Diploma in Computer Operations from USA. Waiel is recognized for Chang & projects management, operational and managerial Solutions implementation/execution.

Hanan Alshehri the Chief of Business Development Department. She has more than 10 years of experience in the Investment Sector and products development. During which she held several roles and leadership positions.

Hanan holds a Master Degree in Applied Mathematics from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor Degree in Science of Information Systems from Prince Sultan University
