Announcement Detail With reference to the BENA STEEL INDUSTRIES Company announcement on (Tadawul) website on 15/03/1446 AH corresponding to 18/09/2024 AD regarding the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly and the approval of the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the year 2023 amounting to (4,500,000) SAR at (0.90) Riyals per share and at a rate of (9%) of the company’s capital, provided that the eligibility is for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the General Assembly and are registered in the company’s shareholders’ register with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the date of the General Assembly, which was held on Tuesday 14/03/1446 AH corresponding to 17/09/2024 AD. BENA STEEL INDUSTRIES Company is pleased to announce to its valued shareholders that the dividends will be distributed through the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) on 30/03/1446 AH corresponding to 3/10/2024 AD., which will transfer the dividends to the investment portfolios through the custody members. To ensure that the dividends are deposited in the investment portfolios without delay, the company would like to remind all shareholders of the need to ensure that their data is updated with the custody members. The company would like to draw the attention of non-resident investors that the distribution of cash dividends is subject to a withholding tax of 5% upon transfer or crediting the amount to their account in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Law and its Implementing Regulation.
