Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR (4,339,370,000) detailed as follow: 1. Increase in issuance 2021-01-12 (Tadawul code: 5308) by SAR 1,305,400,000 to reach a total of SAR 18,108,981,000. 2. Increase in issuance 2022-03-15 (Tadawul code: 5323) by SAR 3,033,970,000 to reach a total of SAR 20,382,354,000. Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Thursday 25/05/2023.
